We are currently looking for a new team member to join our People, Culture and Quality team of five, at our Head Office location, based in Dandenong Reporting to the PCQ Manager, this permanent, mid-senior level, full-time (negotiable) role is focused on safety, and involves some travel between sites (with the ability to claim on kilometres or work from various locations). This role requires a valid full Australian license and own vehicle. With a focus on safety, the position will use the well-prepared safety model to work with members at each site of The Bridge to support safety in practice. This include: arranging external audits; preparing Safety Action Plans for each site based on the audit findings and supporting staff to carry out safety improvements; ensuring Emergency Management Exit Charts are up to date; undertaking Inductions with contractors at various sites; facilitating the Safety (OHS) Committee quarterly meetings; ensuring Safety Representatives are apparent throughout The Bridge; overseeing mandatory training such as: Fire Warden; Safety Reps; Emergency Practice Drills; supporting safety elements of Bus use and overseeing Bus Driver training, and more If you’re interested to pursue this role, follow the link below to submit and resume and cover letter
