**The Role**
Ventia are currently looking to engage a **Contract Manager** to join our team based in East Perth.

Reporting to the Contract Director, you will be accountable for the overall management of operations while leading the delivery of services to our key client.

**Objectives of this role**
- Lead and manage the operational team to achieve a high standard of customer service excellence
- Offer exceptional customer service to our client and stakeholders
- Steering efficient and commercially viable operations with a view to expand the business
- Solid focus on driving a ‘safety first’ mind set in the workplace
- Promote and actively support engagement of an inclusive workplace by recognising achievements, supporting employee development and identifying future talented leaders

**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills; able to analyse, synthesise and select the appropriate solution from a range of competing solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of project control processes.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
- Excellent time management and productivity.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
