**The Role**:
Genus Industrial are seeking a talented Planner / Scheduler for our Brisbane Office in Loganholme.

**Project Overview / Scope Of Work**:
Genus Industrial Services have been engaged by Acciona to for the Design and Construction of the Substation Works for the Aldoga Solar Farm Project located outside to the West of Gladstone, QLD.

Genus will perform all design, supply, installation, construction, testing and commissioning of the PV plant substation, comprising all civil and electrical works.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience**
Experience in the Planner/Scheduler role on previous construction projects

Proficient in critical path analysis

Ability to provide mitigation strategies for potential risks or improvement strategies

Document variations, delays & disruptions to justify commercial claims

Resource project programs to assess project resourcing requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within construction, mining or resources.

Skillful in effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrated use of Cloud Based Safety Management Systems.
