Platinum Solar Designs Pty Ltd is a well-established Solar PV Design & Installation company offering solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers in NSW, ACT and QLD. We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our expanding team who will essentially become the face of our business. A person who enjoys working in a team environment but also is able to work independently. You will be supporting our sales team and field teams in providing excellent customer service to our new and existing clients. You will have the opportunity to work from a brand-new state of the art facility based in Kiama which includes our Showroom which has been referred to as the best Solar Showroom in the Nation.
- Confident communication skills (both written and verbal) and pleasant phone manner
- Self-motivated and able to work independently is a must as well as in a team environment
- Punctual and well presented
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs including excel, word as well as experience with Adobe
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Managing reception by answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients/ visitors
- Keep a tidy office facility including kitchenette and maintain stationery and kitchen supplies
- Preparing coffee and water for clients/ visitors
- Schedule installations as well as schedule appointments for sales staff
- Data entry and maintain customer database
- Manage and produce pre and post installation documentation including job packs as well as Owner manuals
- Assist sales staff with quotation documentation
- Provide customer service, record and manage any post installation enquiries
- Invoicing and assistance in managing stock inventory
We are looking for an applicant with more than two years of experience in a similar role. Remuneration will be assessed based on your level of experience.
**Salary**: $54,555.71 - $59,670.70 per year
