We are a unique privately owned Early Childhood Service in Leichhardt, with a beautiful small number of 39 children per day. We are currently seeking a Diploma or degree qualified educator to work at our centre. We pride ourselves on exceptional standards at Rose Cottage and we are looking for an amazing educator that can bring their wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism to become a part of our dedicated team of educators

The centre operates from 7.30am to 6.00pm and this role would be full-time working five days per week.

All applicants must be available to work full time on a rotating roster between 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday in a 2 to 3 years old group age.

It is essential that you have completed or are working towards completing your Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Successful applicants will be required to provide a valid Working with Children Check to be verified prior to beginning work with us.

- A passionate, innovative and dedicated educator across all aspects of Early Childhood Education and Care and teaching children
- Extremely sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Demonstrated experience with analysing, documenting and planning children's learning journeys and educational programs
- A real team player - willing to go above and beyond for the team they work with and use their initiative daily
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
- Current Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care recognised by ACECQA or Bachelor Early Childhood Teaching (or working towards/almost completed will be considered) along with current HLTAID004 Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting and CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
