**About Us**

Wind In The Willows is a boutique, 28-place centre where children—and authentic engagement—come first. We maintain an over-ratio model, allowing our educators to focus on genuine connections rather than paperwork. Leadership is provided by Director/Owner Kirsty Bonett, who holds a Bachelor of Education and multiple diplomas in early childhood education.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver a play-based program that reflects each child’s interests and developmental needs
- Build genuine, one-on-one relationships with children and their families
- Observe and document milestones in a meaningful, streamlined way
- Collaborate daily with a close-knit team on activities, routines and excursions
- Maintain a safe, nurturing indoor and outdoor environment

**We’re Looking For**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) - essential
- Current Working With Children Check, asthma and anaphylaxis training, and first aid certificate
- Exceptional English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Passion for child-centred practice over box-ticking compliance
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Australian work rights - please note we do not offer visa sponsorship
