**The Location**:
Our client is situated in the picturesque south-west corner of Australia, the region is known for its extensive natural beauty and all year round climate. If you like the sporting lifestyle - this is the place to be with the world class surfing. For the outdoor lifestyle there's fantastic wineries and caves to explore.

The region has a population of over 250,000 which attracts a high number of tourists per year. This location is very much known as a seaside town to spend your holidays, so there are lots to do.

Air flights to and from state capital Perth is available frequently per year. There is a fast train service also.

**The Role**:
As the department is accredited with ACEM for 12 months training this facility offers a great training opportunity. There are also protected teaching/education sessions every week, formal primary and Fellowship preparation programs and a hands on supportive environment

**The Hospital**:
Our client is a 143-bed hospital that functions as the regional resource centre for the South West with an emergency Unit that has recently been upgraded to 40 beds.

**Services/Facilities**: Aboriginal Liaison - Allied Health - Emergency - Intensive Care - Maternity - Medical - Nursery - Operating Theatre - Paediatrics - Rehabilitation - Sterilisation Services - Sub-Acute Inpatient - Surgical

**The Requirements**
- You must have a minimum of 12 months recent emergency medicine experience ideally in Australia although ED experience from NZ, UK, Ireland and Canada will also be considered.
