Consultant Emergency Medicine – Coastal Regional WA | $397K–$504K + Benefits | Relocation Support

We're seeking a FACEM to join a growing Emergency Department in one of Western Australia's key regional hubs – a vibrant coastal town just a short flight from Perth. The Opportunity

Join a well-established Regional Resource Centre supporting emergency services across the Midwest. This ED is fully accredited for ACEM training and supported by a multidisciplinary team including FACEMs, senior medical practitioners, registrars, and residents. The department operates a blended model and prides itself on a strong teaching and mentorship culture. Telehealth support is provided to surrounding regional and remote sites.

  • A brand-new, expanded Emergency Department
  • New ICU and HDU facilities
  • Integrated mental health units
  • A future radiation oncology service

Role Highlights
  • Permanent full-time consultant position
  • $397,264 – $504,517 per annum, depending on experience
  • Up to 12% superannuation + generous salary packaging
  • Up to $19,000 p.a. in salary packaging
  • 3 weeks professional development leave + study allowance
  • 4 weeks annual leave + 10 days personal leave
  • Supportive team and non-clinical time for leadership, QI, and teaching
Who We're Looking For
  • Fellowship of ACEM (or equivalent)
  • Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Broad emergency medicine experience in hospital settings
  • Passion for teaching and quality improvement
