**The Organisation**
Renowned for their incredible employee first focus, this national organisation located next to Southern Cross station is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Officer to join their team in a permanent capacity following a 6 month temporary contract.

**Position Description**
Reporting directly to the Revenue and Operations Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:
**Accounts duties**:

- Issuing of invoices to clients
- Processing credit card account reconciliations
- Setting up new accounts and monthly invoicing
- Processing invoices/credit notes
- Handling telephone account queries - internal/external
- Reconciling debtor accounts as well as;
- Receipting/Banking
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
