Wilson Security are looking for full time and casual guards to join a new team. The site has a wide range of daily activities including screening, customer service/concierge, loading dock management and operates 24hrs.

**Primary duties of the role include**:

- Responsible for escalation, incident management control and daily communications internally
- Adhere to procedures, rules and regulations
- Daily management of CCTV, access control and other building management systems relevant to the building
- Maintaining security and a safe environment for all by securing the building and patrolling
- Completing necessary documentation and entering information into the database in a timely manner
- Respond to alarms that are activated and action alarms in accordance with policy
- Monitor access to the monitored sites and ensure that only authorised persons gain access

**To be successful in this role; you will require**:

- Hold a Baseline or NV1 Clearance (Australian Citizen)
- Certificate II or III in Security Operations
- Current and valid ACT Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Available to work a Rotating Roster
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Sound Computer skill set
