In this position your key responsibility is to work as a member of the Collections team ensuring that monies are collected from outstanding accounts from patients, insurance companies and employers.

This position is ideal for a school leaver wanting to start their working career.

Our modern office space, whilst resembling a rainforest for its plentiful indoor greenery, is situated in revitalised Subiaco so you’re never far away from your latte, banh mi or local pubs and restaurants. Or hang out in the air con enjoying the city views whilst eating your lunch. If you enjoy baking, our friendly admin team partake in a fortnightly office ‘Bake-off’ morning tea and for those who don’t bake, Coles is just downstairs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills - particularly over the telephone
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- High level attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Computer literacy
- A consistent **Patients First. **attitude

Those with prior credit/collections experience are encouraged to apply.

This position is Full Time, 75 hours per fortnight.
