Dr Geek, partnered with Microsoft, provide premium computer repair solutions for

all computer needs, is seeking a multi-skilled hardware technician with networking experience to keep up with our growing business.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Confident with ability to troubleshoot various IT repair issues
- Customer focused, friendly and well presented.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised, energetic & driven individual able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work autonomously with multiple repairs
- Handling inbound calls from new or existing customers
- Resolve customer concerns and post service queries
- Provide friendly service to both onsite and walk-in customers
- Vehicle and current driver’s license
- Must be Australian citizens

**The successful applicant will have experience in the following areas**:
**(not necessarily all)**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Solid, working knowledge of operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX, IOS and Android.
- Must have experience in Linux, Asterisk, Spam Assassin, Apple and PHP.
- Desktop & Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting
- Solid, working knowledge of multiple hardware diagnostic programs
- Sound troubleshooting skills with various hardware and software issues
- IP Networking (firewall + router configuration)
- Cyber Security Skills BONUS

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)

- English both written and verbal (required)
