Our client **Southern Districts Support** is recruiting **Support Workers** who can work in and around the **Armadale** area.

Southern Districts Support is mission to provide optimum care and support to clients. **Who we are**:
CareBridge is an innovative digital Aged Care workforce platform driven to create seamless employment opportunities and interactions for you with the Aged Care Providers.

**About the role**:
Our team work alongside our clients to build a care plan most suited to their needs, you would be following this plan to ensure the highest quality care is provided based on the clients' desires.

In this role you will:

- Provide services as detailed in the Support Plan.
- Vacuum and mop floors, clean bathrooms, do laundry and ironing
- Ensure only safe products are used during support.
- Provide food services to clients
- Be receptive to an individual’s needs and wishes
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

**What we require**:

- A current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A valid current Australian driving license
- Safe & reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current Police Clearance & NDIS worker screen (or willingness to obtain)
- Covid-19 vaccinations
- Previous experience undertaking cleaning services in non-commercial environments would be well regarded

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
