**Main Responsibilities**:

- Identify the cost and provide a Quotation on those parts to the internal/external customer.
- Ensure Replenishment of parts through MYOB Advanced.
- Produce Purchase Orders with our Suppliers at the accurate cost.
- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers of equipment/spares to ensure that delivery progress is measured, and dates are met.
- Inform customers/key-stakeholders of ETA of orders and identify and resolve delay issues.
- Investigate on any orders in progress, inform the customer and keep a record of updates.
- Work closely with the Spare Parts team and Store team, and maintain communications on all activities.
- Support with ordering and follow up on Service Kits.
- Support with creation of Workshop Quotes.
- Support with return of stock and Used Parts Quotes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experienced supervisory or management.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Sound technical acumen and mechanical aptitude
