**In this Small Business Banker role, you will**
- Drive retention and growth of existing small business customers and acquire new business through external relationships.
- **Be Customer Obsessed and influence NPS**, promoting NAB as a bank of choice.
- Manage small business lending requests up to $1.5 million, and home lending up to $3 million.
- Create a strong circle of influence with our branch colleagues, the wider NAB group.
- Drive acquisition of new to bank business through strong business development with brokers and other external referral sources.
- Review financial drivers and submit credit submissions whilst also identifying risks using economic, market and industry insights.
- Provide expertise about business solutions and options and work closer with specialists for optimum customer outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**
- Business and/or Retail/Lending banking and financial experience.
- Understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge.
- External networks or referral sources.
- Strong customer and relationship management.
- Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills.

This position will report into Joanna Gillen.
