Summit Fleet established in Australia in 1997 is a leading provider of Fleet Management and Leasing solutions including some of the most advanced web based support for customers in the market. We also bring to the industry the security of an experienced and established management team and security.

Summit is seeking a qualified motor mechanic interested in taking the next step into a business environment including interaction with customers via phone enquiries. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager you will have a flexible approach, strong time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills in order to liaise well with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Duties as follows but not limited to:

- Liaise and maintain contact with Vehicle Service providers.
- Authorise vehicle maintenance and costing.
- Achieve and maintain quality long term relationships with customers.
- Data entry.
- Monitor and maintain preventative maintenance programmes.
- Vehicle registrations.
- Process invoices.
- Assist Sales staff on behalf of Customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team with a supportive Team Leader and Manager, both of whom will assist with training within the role as required.

**Skills and experience**
- Fully qualified motor mechanic.
- Customer service experience.
- Data entry and computer skills - accuracy required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Competent in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
