Eldercare is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to drive the clinical team in delivering best practice clinical care to our residents at our site located in Seaford, 100 bed residential care facility.
As the Clinical Care Manager you will empower our staff to deliver high-quality care that exceeds all required standards and gives our residents and their families peace of mind when they are in our care. You will be joining a high performing team that is all about our values, Respect, Accountability and Connection.
**About this role**
- Reporting to the Site Operations Manager and working closely with your team or Clinical Leaders to deliver person centred care
- Build strong partnerships while managing and mentoring staff to promote a holistic person-centred outcomes
- Oversee and monitor the provision of care and services within the centre to ensure that the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of residents are met
- Understand and support the roles and rights of families in the provision of care and support to residents
**To succeed in this role you will need**:
- Proven leadership skills in effective staff development, retention and management
- A Bachelor of Nursing including a current AHPRA RN registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
- A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to our residents
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families
- Sound knowledge of the AN-ACC, Aged Care Act standards and competencies
