**What this opportunity involves**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager join our team based on site in North Rocks. You will provide support on a day-to-day basis with delivery functions of retailers and ensuring compliance with performance expectations. The Administration Manager will report to the Centre Manager focusing on range of finance, reception, admin, and operational duties.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Rent collection - issue all Tax Invoice/Statements to retailers
Accounts receivable - processing retailer charges and invoices, daily receipting and monitoring of EFT allocations; calculation of income accruals where necessary
Collection of sales figures from retailers and entering into MRI
Coordinate and prepare monthly client report and manage input from all stakeholders
Process all rent reviews and update billing details
Participate in the annual budget process, working with all stakeholders, assist Centre Manager with review of budgets and manage communications of outgoings charges to retailers
To be successful, you’ll be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer service and administration. You will be highly organised with a methodical approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Previous Shopping Centre administration and accounts experience required
