Assisting current staff with the day to day requirements of the business including, admin, answering phones, face to face customer service, data entry, payroll, moving between 2 local offices (use of company vehicle), and shopping for office supplies etc. The successful applicant will have worked in this type of roll before and posess good communication skills, a mature outlook, a good work ethic, sound computer skills with current software and have at least 2 years exp in Quickbooks online or similar software. You must have a full drivers licence and be willing to drive company vehicles. We are a family business and promote an environment that is friendly and incusive.
