**Job Description**:
Join iStay Precinct Adelaide as a part-time Maintenance Officer. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

3 to 4 shifts per week from Monday to Saturday.
Weekend work may be required.

Hourly rate: $29.40 per hour

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

**Qualifications**:
**Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications.
