SC People is proud to partner with our client who are seeking a Front Office Assistant to join their team. This is a valuable opportunity to learn with a reputable and supportive agency based in New Lambton, stepping into your career in real estate.

**The Opportunity.**

You will learn and assist the team in the end to end duties as a front of house star, providing outstanding service, and engaging with multiple external and internal stakeholders to create a positive outcome for all clients..

Duties will include:

- Greeting customers and clients
- Assisting with property enquiries
- Document control and administration management
- Assisting across both Property Management and Sales teams
- Assisting with property inspections
- Ensuring the office is in an organised and tidy manner

**About You.**
You will possess:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & highly developed organisational skills
- A current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
- A willingness to learn and be goal oriented
