We are seeking a motivated Front of Office Coordinator to join our Newcastle team and take ownership of key administrative and client-facing responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to step into more complex responsibilities, contributing to broader office operations.

Key responsibilities

**In this role, you will**:

- Coordinate office services to support seamless daily operations.
- Manage incoming calls and greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Lead maintenance coordination to ensure our office environment is well-maintained and operational.
- Lead communications on staff channels to keep the team informed and engaged.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate staff benefit programs.

**Role details**:

- Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5pm.
- This role is office-based to support the hands-on nature of the responsibilities.
