They are looking for the right Floor and Bar Staff to join their team in Braddon.

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for those ideally with experience, however not essential, as training will be available. Floor Staff and Bar Staff are needed to join the team bringing the Milky Lane experience to Lonsdale Street. If you have energy to spare and thrive on creating an exceptional experience for your customers, this is the role for you.

To be successful in this role you will have a current RSA (easy to obtain online within a few hours) and love working as part of a vibrant team. You will have outstanding people skills and model the Milky Lane values and brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate in a fast-paced environment
- Undertake all floor staff/FOH and/or Bar duties as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate as part of a dynamic team
- Ensure you are creating a fun environment and delivering the full Milky Lane experience for customers
- Must hold a current RSA to apply
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
- Ability to undertake different roles as required by the Manager
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Great work ethic
- Must be available on weekends, nights, and public holidays
- Available for immediate start
