**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are on the lookout for an amazing** Assistant Store Manager** to take our** Highpoint Kids** store to the next level

This is a newly refurbished, flagship store for our DECJUBA Kids brand; located in a busy shopping hub, it is one of the locations that exclusively holds our _DECJUBA Kids Mini_ range. Our Highpoint Kids store will keep you busy due to foot traffic and its prime location in the centre.

**_ This role is a part-time 30 hour position on a Sunday to Thursday roster. _**

- Drive sales to smash budgets and targets
- take your store to the next level
- Work closely with the Store Manager to train and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
- Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team
- Manage stock deliveries and merchandising the store
