Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the Energy sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.

Our Energy division is seeking a Mechanical Planner. This role will be based in our client’s office in the Perth CBD from Monday to Friday and some ad-hoc onshore travel will be required throughout the year.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to maintenance requirements
- Liaison with client representatives, supplier representatives, sub-contractors and Monadelphous.
- Building campaign work packs and ensure materials meet schedule and execution time frame
- Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
- Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
- Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP
- Arrange vendor mobilisation and ensure relevant competencies are up to date
- Contribute to scope review, challenges and lock sessions for upcoming campaigns

**What you will bring**
- Mechanical trade or engineering qualification
- Rotating Equipment knowledge
- Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
- Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
- A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements Desirable but not essential: P6 planning tool experience**Additional Benefits for this role**:
