- UGL has a requirement for a
- **Mechanical Planner**, in this role you will be working as part of the Offshore Maintenance Department this role is responsible for integrating and optimising long, medium
- and short-term plans, supporting the Offshore assets, to ensure achievement of the Company’s strategy and shareholder value. This role is based in Perth.

**About you**
- Strong knowledge of CMMS, integrated planning and scheduling systems, SAP and Primavera experience is essential
- Ability to facilitate kick off meetings/scope progress and lock in meeting.
- Maintain a close working relationship with internal stakeholder teams - frontline and campaign scheduling, maintenance planning, production planning, production engineering, reliability, and integrity engineering personnel to achieve production and maintenance goals
- Able to co-ordinate, scope and plan maintenance scope of work
- Strong knowledge and ability to coordinate vessel and helo movements
- Strong communication skills as you will be required to liaise with site teams and third party service providers.
- Able to set rundown plans, manning profiles, work with schedulers to produce a P6 plan (when required)
- Manage cost estimates (where required)
