UGL have an opportunity for experienced Work Scope Planners to join our team. This role will be based at our Perth Office working on a major Oil & Gas project.

About Role:

This role will see you take ownership of end-to-end planning and preparation of mechanical work scopes. From coordinating with key stakeholders to delivering execution-ready work packs, you'll play an essential role in driving project success.

5\:2 Perth Based 

40 hrs per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hosting scope kick-off meetings and engaging stakeholders.
  • Developing detailed work packs, budgets, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Proving scope readiness for execution while maintaining high standards.
  • Work closely and coordinate with our mechanical, E&I, PIF, lifting/rigging teams as well as completions, planning, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery.

About you

  • O&G industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel, P&ID/ISO drawings, OEM specs, JDE.
  • 3+ years' experience with a mechanical trade or engineering background and site exposure. Highly regarded (but not essential)
  • A self-starter with excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Someone who commands trust with reliability and professionalism.
  • Warm, autonomous, and an approachable team player with a positive attitude.
  • Rotating equipment experience
