As a Packer at Truly Malaysian Village, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our delicious meals and products are prepared for delivery and takeout with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Packaging:

- Accurately package food items according to established guidelines, ensuring they are secure and aesthetically pleasing.
- Label packages clearly with the correct order details, including customer information and any special instructions.
- Quality Control:

- Inspect food items for quality and freshness before packaging.
- Ensure that all packaged items meet the restaurant's standards for presentation and safety.
- Inventory Management:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of packaging materials and supplies.
- Notify management of any shortages or issues with packaging supplies.
- Hygiene and Safety:

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene practices during the packaging process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely packaging of orders during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues that may arise.
- Customer Service:

- Occasionally assist with customer inquiries regarding packaged products or order status.
- Ensure that all packaged orders are ready for prompt delivery or pickup.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food packaging or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
