Aftershock PC, a leading custom PC builder in Australia, is currently seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy individual to join our team as an RMA and Warranty Returns Specialist. This vital role requires a meticulous nature, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong familiarity with PC hardware. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle all warranty claims, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and product exchanges professionally and swiftly.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic checks to determine product defects, troubleshooting, and testing each returned item meticulously.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for RMAs and warranty-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions, ensuring they are compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Update and maintain the inventory system, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure a smooth RMA process.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology or computer hardware industry.
- Extensive understanding of PC hardware and components.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with data entry and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A solid team player who can work independently when required.
