Bega Group have a MEGA opportunity for a PR Associate to join this world class team. You will work across some of Australia’s most loved food and beverage brands - like Vegemite, Dare Iced Coffee, Yoplait, Zooper Dooper, Farmers Union and Dairy Farmers - and your creativity should know no bounds Your Zooper Dooper dedication to developing and managing the execution of highly effective, Dare-ing and engaging external communications will be palpable We are looking for a PR superstar to join our team

This role sits within Bega’s specialist PR and social team, reporting to Bega's Senior Manager - PR & Social Media.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing and implementing public relations plans and strategies to drive brand awareness.- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, keeping media lists current.- Manage media inquiries and coordinate interview requests for company spokespeople.- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and support the execution of influencer/content strategies for our brands.- Track and report on the success of public relations campaigns, including influencer/talent campaigns (including contra gifting) by monitoring coverage, analysing public sentiment and generating reports using media monitoring tools.

About you- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing public relations plans and strategies to achieve brand awareness and reputation management goals.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.- Experience writing press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.- Experience managing media inquiries and coordinating interview requests for company spokespeople.- Experience building and maintaining relationships with influencers relevant to Bega Group's brands.- Experience with media monitoring tools to track coverage and analyse public sentiment.
