**About the Role**

This role has a particular focus on social channels, working closely with the Social Media Specialist and Content Marketing Manager to support all aspects of the DM social media calendar, including administration, planning, reporting, content creation, posting and community management.

**Into the details**
This role is fully switched on and immersed in all social platforms, making it a lynchpin that keeps the wider marketing team plugged into ever-changing social trends and best practise. No two days will look the same, with the ability to jump on ad hoc projects and support the fast paced content team.
Other responsibilities include:

- Support Social Media Specialist to execute Dan Murphy’s Social Media calendar in line with the brand guidelines, across Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest. This includes copywriting and content creation.
- Uploading content to social media, please note some weekend/ out of hours will be required
- Community management of posts, such as replying to comments (this task is shared with Customer Hub)
- Social media reporting, including analysing data and providing commentary on performance
- Support Content Marketing Manager and Specialist with Dan Murphy’s influencer program, working with agency partners
- With the support of Content Marketing Manager, manage and execute Tier B customer trade plan campaigns and projects end to end - developing briefs, project timelines, sku selection & required approvals - ensuring cross functional alignment and delivery across all teams and channels
- Support Specialist in the execution of supplier and brand collaborations and partnerships on social media channels to drive engagement and acquisition e.g competitions, content partnerships
- Lead all product/sample ordering for shoots and influencer send-outs
- Support the editorial team with the day-to-day running of Dan’s Daily, such as assisting with DAM management, CMS builds and updates
- Lead Dan Murphy’s proactive community management by fostering a strong relationship with Endeavour Customer Service team and actively engaging with Dan Murphy’s accounts and customer content daily
- Manage Content Team monthly invoicing in Coupa and budget tracker, with support of Content Marketing Manager

**What you’ll need to succeed**
Your genuine passion for content marketing, along with a strong visual aesthetic, will help create compelling and visually appealing social media content. Partnering with your high attention to detail which is crucial for maintaining a consistent and professional brand image across social platforms.

As this role involves diverse tasks and projects, your ability to adapt quickly to different situations and tasks is essential to support the dynamic nature of the work. Being comfortable with getting hands-on and actively engaging in projects will contribute to success in this role.
In addition to:

- Experience in marketing, even better if you've worked for a retail, drinks, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands, or as part of an agency.
- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing
- Confident with writing and developing social media content and copy
- A tech savvy with some experience of editing apps, who lives & breathes social and you're always on top of the next emerging trend
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Australian social media landscape including bloggers, influencers
