
Marketing and Digital Coordinator

The Marketing and Digital Coordinator supports the delivery of Epworth's Strategic Workplan by contributing to the development and execution of integrated marketing and digital strategies. It involves monitoring and measuring marketing programs, and enabling successful campaign delivery through collaborations with key stakeholders. To support platform optimisation and the evaluation of new channel opportunities, you will maintain a strong focus on reporting, performance tracking, and alignment with commercial objectives.
This role is a fixed term 12 month contract, on a part time basis (0.8).
You will make an impact by:
- Building, growing and nurturing online communities on key social media channels and enhance our brand and reputation through increased engagement.
- Creating engaging content that influences target audiences to choose Epworth through the development of written and visual material to highlight the Epworth proposition.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and administration of campaign data, performance metrics, and optimisation activities to support transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have...
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in managing enterprise social media tools and technologies, including social media management, monitoring and analytics tools
- Experience managing content for multi-channel outputs
- Project management and/or business analysis experience
- Experience in writing and editing for the web/social/blogs
- Advanced interpersonal, organisational and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail to deliver quality output
- Collaborative attitude with demonstrated positive and practical approach to working in a team
