**Medical Receptionist | Gregory Hills**

We’re excited to be opening our **brand-new Gregory Hills site**, located in _The Hive_ complex - and we’re looking for an energetic and organised **Medical Receptionist** to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a modern, purpose-built imaging centre designed to deliver outstanding patient care and support our clinical teams.

**About the Role**
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our patients while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
You will be required to work across 2-3 sites in the Campbelltown region.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings with professionalism and care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing Medicare billing, payments, and daily banking
- Supporting clinical staff to ensure the clinic runs efficiently
- Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment
