**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
Our participant is a 19-year-old male who suffered a Traumatic brain injury (TBI) as a result of a motor vehicle accident. The participant is looking for someone that can help him transition into independent living, provide companionship, assist with capacity building and provide community access support. He is currently requiring care Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm. Our participant is currently residing at home with his father. The participant is very friendly and easy going. He enjoys outdoor activities and being active.

**Location & Roster**:
Our participant is located near **Brooloo **in the Gympie region.

The current shifts available are as followed;
- Monday 8am - 4:30pm
- Tuesday 8am - 4:30pm
- Wednesday 10am - 4pm
- Thursday 10am - 4pm
- Friday 10am - 4pm.

**Commencement Date**:
ASAP - Must be available for a Meet and Greet prior to commencement.

**Rate of Pay**:

- Day shift - $36.25 p/h
- $0.96 travel allowance (applies only when travelling with participant to and from appointments)

**Tasks & Duties**:

- Supervision and Prompting for Tasks and Activities
- Assistance with domestic tasks
- Redirecting participant back onto tasks to achieve all goals
- Community access activities (driving lessons, appointments etc)
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
