**OUR BUSINESS**:
We are an Asian-focused cosmetic clinic located in Lemon Grove Shopping Centre, Chatswood. The clinic is led by a highly experienced team of 4 doctors
- One specialist dermatopathologist, one GP, and two specialist plastic surgeons.

We strive to provide the highest standard of care that is focused on excellent skills and exceptional patient care in a professional manner and ethical practice. Services provided include comprehensive beauty therapy, facial rejuvenation, with focus on skin tightening and lifting, laser and energy-based devices for pigmentary, scar, and other general skin conditions, as well as surgical consultations where appropriate.

**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist with a strong client care ethos to join our high performing team. The role is available now and interviews will commence immediately.

Our clinic is located within Lemon Grove Shopping Centre in Chatswood. Trading hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday to Friday, and 9am-4pm Saturdays.

This is a full time or part time position with hours from Tuesday to Saturday. No Sunday work.

**YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Answering calls
- Taking bookings
- Greeting patients on arrival
- Delivering patients to their treating specialist
- Checking out patients, invoicing and sending post treatment notes

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum 1 year
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, preferably with experience in Best Practice or similar software
- Punctual, reliable, self-motivated and well-presented
- Additional fluency in Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese will be highly regarded
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
