Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

**About the role**

You will focus on our existing partnerships with the AFL and The Push Up Challenge, along with driving new business across impact and commercial partnerships. You will also support the Partnerships and New Business team in implementing the team strategy, contributing to team development and continuous improvement.

This position is being offered on a fixed term full time contract (6 months). You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our modern Richmond office.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**
- Assist with the delivery of the Partnerships and New Business strategy
- Use the CRM (Salesforce) as the single tool to record partner's contact information and key interactions with Movember
- Support the stewardship of a selected portfolio of impact and beneficiary partnerships including Ahead of the Game and The Push Up Challenge
- Work to identify new business opportunities and nurture new relationships
- Support the delivery of Movember pitch presentations to new business
- Be a Movember Brand ambassador;
- Actively participate in fundraising events
- Increase public awareness of men's health issues and the work that the Movember does to support these

**For this role, you’ll need**
- Previous experience in a fundraising or partnerships role, or transferable work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
- Good organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter/high level of internal motivation
- Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in research techniques, database management

**Bonus points for**
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- A general understanding of the not-for-profit and fundraising space
