We appreciate it and are willing to pay you a very good commission by successful closed placements. As we are launching our branch, you can work 100% remote from all over the world. There are no limits.

Also your clients can be located all over the world within the IT or non IT field. Beside good knowledge of recruitment you should be experienced in Business Development as well.

Tasks
- Working within the full - life - cycle of Recruitment
- Gaining new clients and building strong partnerships/collaboration with your clients
- Active sourcing & vacancy posting
- cordination of interviews
- negotiation

**Requirements**:

- at least two years experience of Recruitment Consulting 360° (IT or non IT)
- very good knowledge in business development
