**About the Opportunity**

The primary purpose of this office-based position is to manage all repairs and maintenance requests and scheduling.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring all repair requests are addressed in a timely manner and within budget
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to arrange and schedule repairs and maintenance work

**About You**
- 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent telephone manner
- Certificate of Registration
