**Your role as an Estimation / Bid / Proposals Manager (Electrical)**
- Take a lead role and drive the end-to-end success in the creation and assessment of Electrical Estimates and Bid/Proposals (Infrastructure delivery team)
- Reporting to the Director and work closely with the Delivery heads on pricing and end-to-end project scope for Energy Transmission, Net Zero-related electrical infrastructure programs
- Work with the delivery team to create cost-loaded programs and understand/inform forward works planning
- Develop robust cost estimates for Electrical infrastructure works
- Translate internal estimates and work breakdown structures into customer mandated pricing models
- Support response to major bids and deliver high-quality proposals that present true customer value propositions
- Understand and incorporate the cost of commercial and contractual obligations
- Work with the supply chain to agree and represent third-party costs
- Challenge stakeholders to deliver efficient and innovative solutions across all the businesses portfolios
- Identify process improvements and take steps to implement actions in consultation with affected departments

**About You**
- Proven experience in Estimating major Electrical Programs
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/project management or similar disciplines
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Project management or field delivery experience in a DNSP or subcontractor **(Nice to have)**:

- Experience on Renewable projects (Battery, EV et al) **(Nice to have)**
