Sitting within the Wealth Division, this role provides Strategic, Investment and Protection Advice to high net worth families, executives and business owners, helping them to successfully manage their wealth and meet their changing financial needs during different stages of their life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to Advisers and the broader Wealth Team.
- Assisting the Advisers and Senior Paraplanner with SOA and Review preparation.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the financial planning software (XPLAN) and keep up to date with changes and enhancements.
- Preparing and maintaining client files ensuring accuracy and that compliance requirements are met.
- Researching current investment, superannuation and insurance options and comparisons.

**About You**:

- Some experience within the financial planning industry and a good understanding of the financial planning process.
- Experience using XPLAN software would be ideal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are a must.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a growing team
