The Brand |

Our client is a luxury resort brand stocked globally - they embody the holiday feel in their daily life - by embarking on new journeys, experiencing different cultures and meeting new people. This brand has rapidly gained global recognition and is sold online, through more than 30 of their own stores and the best retailers and hoteliers in the world.

They are looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join their Chadstone team. As a Sales Advisor you will be a true ambassador of the brand and reflect their brand promise and values in everything you do.

The Role |
- The ultimate aim of the role is to develop a long lasting relationship with the brand’s clients
- You will be confident and competent in welcoming and engaging customers and be able to form lasting relationships
- You will be able to demonstrate the ability to go above and beyond for our customers and inspire them at all opportunities
- Give a friendly welcome and use your outgoing personality to impact their experience
- Keep in touch with customers beyond the shopfloor using the clientelling tools and platforms
- To work as part of a team - collaborating together to ensure retail operational excellence and great client care
- To identify customer needs and be eloquent when answering all product-related questions.
