**The Experience and Commercial Manager will lead a team to deliver an exceptional visitor experience that optimises strategic goals for visitation, revenue and brand.

In this hands-on role you will work closely with Head, Queensland Museum Rail Workshops to deliver on QM strategic priorities & provide leadership by managing the Experience and Commercial portfolio across all areas of the operation including visitor experience, hospitality and events, partnerships and retail. You will build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, while working in partnership with other departments to deliver inspired experiences and budgeted revenues.
