**Who are we looking for?**

We're looking for an experienced Quality Advisor to join our team in Hobart and support our Tasmanian operations in the delivery of wide variety of multi-disciplinary projects.

As part of our regional Quality hub for southern Australia, you’ll work closely with our Tasmanian business groups and project teams and play a valuable role in the maintenance of Quality strategies and Quality culture so we can achieve continual improvement and legal compliance.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality procedures, regulations, guidelines and identifying areas for improvement.
- Providing quality systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard and GHD systems as the basis for process improvement.
- Collecting and analysing data related to quality metrics.
- Conducting training sessions on quality systems and guidelines.
- Conducting audits, inspections, and preparing relevant reporting.
- At times collaborate with the broader GHD Quality community.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Around 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement and decisiveness with problem solving.
- Sound communication skills and ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and influence people at all levels.
- Experience implementing, monitoring and reporting on Quality initiatives and undertaking Quality audits.
- Experience delivering Quality Management training and presentations.
