**Fit Your Ability **is seeking an Accounts and Administration team member to help us keep up with our rapid growth We are looking for an ambitious person who shares our goals of making Fit Your Ability a household name in disability fitness.

**Established in 1999** as Fitness Enhancement Personal Training, our highly awarded company has grown to become one of Australia's largest personal training companies, with personal trainers and franchisees across 9 cities. We are also **Australia's largest NDIS registered personal training company**, with registrations for core and capacity building.

Our core categories help us expand into a wide array of recreational, fitness, and sporting services delivered by fitness professionals passionate about disability support and support workers passionate about recreation.

We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our clients, some of whom have been with us for 20 years. Many of our team members have been with us for 5 to 10 years, and in 2022, we were **awarded the fitness industry's best employer** for a brand with more than 10 locations. Despite our size, **our head office team is a small and close-knit group** within our personal training studio, where you will be working at 20 Lawrence Drive, Nerang.

We are seeking an Accounts and Administration team member for approximately 20 to 40 hours a week. Hours will be secure and predictable, based on your diverse skill set and desired number of hours and working days.

Whilst NDIS administration or accounts experience is highly valued, we value ambition, growth mindset and transferrable skills higher in a role that will see the right person grow with us as we continue to scale.

**Duties include**:

- Telephone/reception, including customer care/sales to current and former clients
- Front desk customer service
- Client billing and processing payments
- Accounts receivable
- Updating client records
- Providing all necessary office support to the team, including managers, personal trainers, and franchisees
- Preparing reports when requested
- Complying with NDIS policies and procedures, including billing and payments
- Assisting in tidying up the office and studio
- Assisting with new initiatives to help us achieve our expansion goals
- Maintaining a high level of verbal and written communication with our clients, team members, and franchisees in a timely, polite, and consistent manner

**A little about you**:

- Minimum 2 year of experience in an administration/accounts/reception role.
- Previous experience in any area of the disability sector is highly regarded
- Previous experience in the medical/allied health field with NDIS administration, compliance and accounts, and customer care follow-up will be highly regarded.
- Alternatively, previous fitness industry, disability support, or franchise industry experience will be highly regarded.

- Positive approach to change and growth (essential)
- Ambition to grow with us and our NDIS expansion (essential)
- Initiative to help develop new systems and processes as we grow (essential)
- Xero experience is highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, and CRM systems
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
