We are now looking for an influential and results-driven **Operations Manager DES** to lead, coach and support our **Disability Employment Services (DES)** team across the **Gold Coast and NSW North Coast**. We have great people in our DES Team who are engaging, proactive and committed to supporting customers with a disability, illness or injury to find meaningful and sustainable work.

This is a **full time** **position** with an attractive salary including a **company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop**, and **salary packaging options** to **increase your take-home pay.** You also have the added benefit of enjoying a **monthly accrued day off** **(ADO)**. The location of this role is **flexible across ETC's Gold Coast offices, **however** r**egular travel will be required** across the Gold Coast and NSW North Coast.

As the **Operations Manager,** you have **full responsibility for overseeing the DES Team in your region** including managing staff, resources, safety and financial performance in order to achieve operational budgets, program outcomes and compliance. You will provide strong leadership and coaching for your team to increase capability, cohesion and performance while ensuring the ongoing generation of suitable job vacancies and work experience placements for DES participants. Previous operational management within DES would be ideal, however experience in a leadership capacity within employment services will also support success in this role.

**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Highly developed analytical and financial management skills with the ability to forecast and manage budgets
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
- Evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19 (desirable)
