**Your day to day - Duty Manager**

The moment a guest steps into our hotel, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Duty Manager you act as a liaison between guests and management. Represent Senior Management and in their absence is entirely responsible for the seamless running of the Hotel. You will act as an Ambassador for the Hotel and manage the hotel guests to ensure their comfort and well-being at all times.

This role will manage all aspects of the front office from guest arrival to departure to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. You will provide assistance in all hotel operations as well as providing support and training for the Front Office team.
- At least 1 year Duty Manager experience is essential.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in supervising and training other team members and departments.
- Proven complaints handling skills.
- High level of planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising and managing time to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels in an organisation.
- Resilient, with the ability to achieve and excel under pressure.
- Impeccable level of personal presentation.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- You are able to work shift work which involves various shifts including Mornings, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends and Public Holidays.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS preferred.
- Salary package from $73,367

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy - Excel and Opera experience
- Excellent attention to detail.
- RSA and First Aid qualifications or be willing to obtain.
- **Must live in Australian and have full work rights**
