Kelvin Grove State College is a Prep to 12 College located in inner city Brisbane leading the way in innovation and State education. The school has exceptional academic and university programs, digital technology and entrepreneurial programs, and futures-focused industry parterniships and pathways equipping students with the skills and knowledge required tomet the global challenges of the future.
About the Role
**Responsibilities include**:
- Oversee day to day operations of Enrolments Year 6 - Year 12 and provide enrolment management policy advice
- Maintain student administration systems for the purposes of reviewing student enrolment data and producing and distributing statistical data
- Liaise with Principals and families on enrolments decisions and processes
- Enrol students in OneSchool and create student file
- Facilitate maintenance of student information records and associated databases
**About You**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong client focus and ability to work as part of a team
- Great time management skills
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook
- OneSchool knowledge essential
**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:
- In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless the person holds a current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
