Mindspace Psychology is an established private psychology practice located in the heart of Beaconsfield, in Melbourne’s leafy south-eastern suburbs. We have highly skilled and compassionate therapists who work both in-house and via telehealth, providing counselling and psychology services for adults, couples, children, teens and families.
**REQUIREMENTS, SUPPORT AND TRAINING**
**What we need from YOU**
Necessary:
- Excellent verbal and written language skills
- Efficiency & Time management skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills to put clients at ease and liaise with stakeholders including our psychology team, referrers and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Take INITIATIVE
- Having the RIGHT attitude
Desirable but not essential:
- prior experience in an allied health role/ medical receptionist role (preference will be given to those with experience in a Psychology practice)
- Experience with using Power diary or similar CRM
- Knowledge of Psychology services, ethics and codes of conduct
- Knowledge of Medicare
The successful applicant will be provided with all necessary training and support and also receive ongoing support/ training. This position will report directly to the practice manager and Director.

**Salary**: $41,363.00 - $71,776.46 per year
