Immediately Available Industrial Relations Manager is required for CBD based six month contract.
Global oil and gas services organisation requires an experienced industrial relations specialist to manage all aspects of the function for their Australian operations.

Reporting to the local Executive and Global People & Culture Director, you will be tasked with providing strategic direction and execution of all industrial relations including:

- Leading the negotiation of EBAs
- Creation of communication plans and implementation of agreements
- Provision of EBA updates to all stakeholder groups
- Review, design and implement industrial action mitigation plans
- Leading full case investigations and dispute resolution
- Provision of coaching and development to line management
- Stakeholder partnering to ensure high level performance
- Grievance and disciplinary management
- Workplace investigations
- Union interaction, negotiation and resolution
- Supporting the development of ERMPs for tender processes

Coupled with your ability as an experienced industrial relations practitioner, you will be a collaborative business partner to the Executive and operations, and it is essential that you can demonstrate the ability to influence at all levels through effective communication, risk mitigation and effective negotiation. You will possess prior experience of working within a heavily unionised sector, and have extensive exposure to negotiations and successful stakeholder engagement and management. This position will be offered on the basis of a six month fixed term contract and will be based within their corporate offices in Perth CBD.
