Following a restructure of the Executive, Woodville are moving towards the future in searching for an Executive Manager - Operations. This newly created role elevates the responsibility of the Operational Lead, allowing a more strategic vision rather than focusing on operational oversight.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Manager - Operations is a key member of the Executive team and will oversee the organisation’s Disability, Community and Early Learning services. Leading a team of seven direct reports, the Executive Manager - Operations is responsible for:

- Leading and overseeing service delivery, quality, performance and development
- Ensuring compliance and performance to statutory requirements.
- Developing staff to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Ensuring budgetary compliance and identifying new funding and growth opportunities.

**About You**
- Tertiary degree or qualification in Human Services or Business-related discipline.
- Significant experience in senior leadership roles within Disability or Human Services.
- Strong leadership and the ability to engage staff, enabling a high-performance culture.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and an ability to drive commercial outcomes whilst maintaining the organisational purpose and vision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commitment to social justice principles and rights of vulnerable people.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with regulators and maintain policies and procedures.
- Creative thinker and pragmatic problem solver with an agile mindset.
